Professor for Communication, Chair of the MA in Children, Adolescents and the Media program at the University of Erfurt
Sven Joeckel (Ph.D., TU Ilmenau, Germany) is Professor for Communication with a focus on children and adolescents. Since 2009 he chairs the MA in Children, Adolescents and the Media program at the University of Erfurt. His research focuses on online, mobile privacy, media literacy in formal and informal education settings as well as the interplay between media and morality.
