Dr. Chen Liang

Associate Professor, School of Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University

Liang Chen (PhD, Nanyang Technological University, 2017) is an Associate Professor at the School of  Journalism and Communication, Tsinghua University (THU), China. He serves as Associate Editor of the journal, Environmental Communication, and Teaching Chair of the Mass Communication and Society Division of Association for Education in Journalism and Mass Communication (AEJMC). His research Interests focus on youth and media, health, environmental and risk communication, and computational communication. His previous work has appeared in top-tier journals such as in New Media and Society, Journalism and Mass Communication Quarterly, Health Communication, Journal of Health Communication, and Environmental Communication. He won several research awards, including Top Paper Awards from the ICA and AEJMC.
